Overview

Health New Zealand is establishing a National Panel of Major Project Delivery Partners (the Panel) to enhance the way it manages national infrastructure delivery, and ensure it can deliver on the Health Infrastructure Plan and its associated investments as it works toward Building Hospitals Better.

Delivery Partners on the Panel will possess the necessary capacity, proven capability, and expertise to finalise the designs, to plan, procure and ultimately deliver multiple health infrastructure projects (likely concurrently) of significant scale ($200M–$1B+) under design and construct or similar contractual arrangements.

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation to submit a Proposal to join the Panel.

BRIEFING SESSIONS
We will be holding briefing sessions for potential respondents. Attendance is not compulsory, but potential respondents are encouraged to attend. Refer to RFP Part 1, Section 3.4 for details. Register by 5:00 p.m. on 30 May 2025.

CONFIDENTIALITY DEED REQUIRED
There is information which is necessary to be able to respond to this RFP which requires potential respondents to complete and return the Confidentiality Deed. Refer to RFP Part 1, Section 3.2.1 for details.

FURTHER INFORMATION TO FOLLOW
RFP Parts 4b to 4e (inclusive) – the standard forms of contract – will be issued via a Notice to Respondents.
