This RFQ issued by Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora (Health NZ), is an invitation to suppliers to submit a quote to provide 37 anaesthetic drug trolleys for Te Toka Tumai Auckland, with potential future requirements for other Health NZ hospitals.
Te Toka Tumai Auckland which includes Auckland City Hospital, Starship Children’s Hospital, and Greenland Clinical Centre, requires the supply of 37 new anaesthetic drug trolleys to replace the existing fleet as part of its ongoing capital replacement plan. These trolleys must be an off-the-shelf product that meets all relevant safety and infection control standards, ensuring both operational efficiency and the safety of patients. The trolleys should be durable, functional, and suitable for the high-demand environment of a hospital.
Additionally, Health NZ may require the supply of more trolleys for other hospitals in the future. As such, suppliers should be able to provide scalable solutions should additional trolleys be needed.
The new trolleys are required as soon as possible to meet Te Toka Tumai Auckland’s ongoing operational needs. Given the urgency of the situation, we are looking for prompt delivery and installation of the trolleys to ensure that hospital operations continue without interruption.
Te Toka Tumai Auckland is seeking quotes from reliable suppliers to provide high-quality anaesthetic drug trolleys that meet stringent safety and infection control standards. This is an opportunity to supply critical equipment that will directly impact patient safety, operational efficiency, and the overall quality of care provided by the hospital. We are looking for suppliers who can deliver durable, functional, and compliant trolleys, with the ability to meet the required delivery timelines.
