Health New Zealand – Te Toka Tumai Auckland (formerly Auckland District Health Board) is seeking responses from suppliers capable of supplying transportable Prefabricated HV Electrical Substation Switchrooms complete with installed electrical HV switchgear and ancillary support equipment for Greenlane Clinical Centre.

The Greenlane Clinical Centre supports acute, planned, and general care services, alongside the Auckland Regional Ophthalmology service (including emergency care) requiring resiliency in their utilities to serve their needs 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Te Toka Tumai owns, operates, and maintains the internal 11 kV network supplying the GCC campus. The age and condition of the existing switchgear, transformers, and cabling vary across the site with some components approaching 60 years of operational service. This project seeks to upgrade High Voltage (HV) infrastructure across the site.

The Contract Works requires the supply and delivery of two (2) prefabricated HV electrical substation switchrooms.
