Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is undertaking the refurbishment and extension works at Te Whare Maiangiangi (the Project) while the site remains in operation. There are a number of complexities with these works, in particular with the ability to undertake these staged refurbishments in a cost-effective, timely and safe manner in an operational environment; without causing too much disruption to the day to day operations.

The purpose of this tender is to elicit responses from interested Respondents to submit a full tender in response to this Request for Tenders (the RFT). The conclusion of the RFT will identify a preferred supplier for the Project with whom Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora may enter into a construction contract.

This is a closed competitive tender process. Following the earlier Registration of Interest process, this RFT is being issued to four shortlisted contractors.
