Overview

1.2. The scope of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is twofold:
(1) Primary Procurement: To establish a Supplier Panel for the Supply of Coagulation Analysers, Consumables and Maintenance Services.
(2) Immediate Secondary Procurement Opportunities (Capital funding is subject to each District’s Delegated Financial Authority (DFA) Approval): To invite secondary procurement proposals from suppliers who are applying for the Supplier Panel and who wish to enter into an agreement to supply the following equipment to the Districts listed below who have an immediate requirement:
(a) Secondary Procurement Opportunity
• District has an immediate requirement in financial year FY24-25 & FY25-26
Loan equipment with associated Consumable / Reagents and Maintenance Services for Coagulation Analyser

(b) Term - The proposed term of each Supply Agreement with the selected supplier is five years with two right of renewals for a further period of three years and two years (5+3+2).
