Overview

Health NZ currently have several suppliers who provide end user compute devices and associated services across New Zealand.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to appoint a single Supplier to rationalise and streamline the supply of Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, iPads, peripherals, and services for the contract period (initial term of three years with two, two-year extensions).

Health NZ has around 70,000 end user compute devices (Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, and iPads) and associated peripherals in use, at various locations, throughout New Zealand, (excluding affiliate organisations). These devices have an average age of four years with some over a decade old.

Health NZ intends to replace all these devices over the next 5-years.

Health NZ requires the Supplier to provide end user compute devices, peripherals and warehousing and logistics management services.
