Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora intend to undertake refurbishment and extension works at Te Whare Maiangiangi while the site remains in operation. There are a number of complexities with these works, in particular with the ability to undertake these refurbishments in a cost-effective, timely and safe manner in an operational environment; without causing too much disruption to the users.

Health NZ require new and replacement integrated anti-ligature doorsets for Te Whare Maiangiangi.
