Health New Zealand Te Tai Tokerau, Northland is developing a new Child Health Centre (CHC) named Tira Ora at Whangārei Hospital, as one of the first enabling works for project Pihi Kaha, the Whangārei Hospital Redevelopment.

Health New Zealand (the Buyer), requires a contractor to undertake the construction services for project Tira Ora.
