Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora will be looking to procure a solution to support the management of service tasks. These tasks range from orderly & cleaning services to equipment and item deliveries. These functions support the efficient running of a hospital and are key to ensuring that patients and services are delivered in a timely manner.
The proposed solution should be well established in the type of function we require and uses established technologies. We are not looking for new developments. We want a vendor who we can partner with and who will bring their experience in successfully implementing and then supporting the solution and supporting Health New Zealand in making most of the solution.
We intend to go to market this month (April 2024). The Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunity will be advertised on the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS).
