Health New Zealand is inviting selected suppliers to deliver services that will establish a Rights Based Approach to Healthcare for Intersex Children and Young People, and their Whānau.
This opportunity is to design and implement three service components:
• best practice guidelines - developing best practice guidelines for the provision of health care for children and young people with IVSC
• training services and workforce development - supporting and upskilling health professionals to use and continuously improve the best practice guidelines
• information resources - providing children and young people with IVSC and their whānau with accessible and appropriate information to make informed decisions about their health care.
This is the second of a two-stage process for a Request for Proposal (RFP), for all three service components.
