Te Whatu Ora - Te Pae Hauora o Ruahine o Tararua | MidCentral - is about to issue a request for tenders inviting suitably qualified Main Contractors to provide construction services to refurbish & fitout the new Orthovoltage Radiation Therapy clinic at Palmerston North Hospital.
The service requirements will include all general building work (including some demolition), together with mechanical (HVAC), hydraulic, and electrical installation services.
Timeframes: We expect to release the RFP shortly. Tenders will be due in the last week of February 2024. The project has a tight timeframe with the contract works to be completed by the end of March 2024 (or as soon as practical).
There will be a site visit at Palmerston North Hospital at 11:00 am on Wednesday, 7 February 2024.
Details of the agenda and protocols for the visit will be issued with the RFT.
