Te Whatu Ora is seeking a supplier to support the development of standard analytical frameworks. The frameworks will contribute to the development and planning of business cases for Te Whatu Ora health infrastructure investments. The analytical frameworks will provide further guidance to Te Whatu Ora’s current Infrastructure Business case framework.
The creation of key analytical frameworks for Te Whatu Ora infrastructure investments will provide a standardized method and help set clear expectations of what’s required within infrastructure business cases. Also ensuring further compliance that Te Whatu Ora business cases are developed in accordance with the Treasury Better Business cases (BBC) process and Te Whatu Business case framework.
The Business case framework enables the development of business cases through defined stages (as described below). It requires input from a range of internal specialists and external consultants to evolve and test thinking, logic, and analysis, and to ensure there is sufficient opportunity to review and update the findings and recommendations ahead of decision points.
