Overview

We are seeking the provision of a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) solution to address the needs of the Ministry of Health’s Assisted Dying Service (ADS) and the Office of Radiation Safety (ORS).

These needs may be satisfied either through the provision of a Regulatory Services platform or by a Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform with Case Management and Workflow capability. We are open to Registrations of Interest for either technology approach.

In assessing and selecting a solution for the ADS and ORS, Te Whatu Ora is also seeking to establish an enterprise platform of choice for whichever technology option is selected. The enterprise platform of choice, either Regulatory or CRM, may subsequently be expanded to address other applicable future health sector requirements.

In addition to selecting a platform, Te Whatu Ora is also seeking an implementation partner to assist with the configuration, customization (if necessary), and deployment of the ADS and ORS products on the platform. We expect this will be the SaaS provider and/or a contracted implementation partner of the SaaS platform provider.

This ROI is the first step in a multi-step procurement process. After the ROI evaluation, shortlisted Respondent/s will be invited to participate in a closed Lean Agile Procurement (LAP) process. LAP methodology is different to the commonly utilised RFP methodology, and we invite Respondents to familiarise themselves with this process. More information is provided in the attached ROI.
