The Rolleston Health Hub is growing as a local centre for various health services for the people of the
Selwyn district and potentially from southern Christchurch and Ashburton district. This is an ideal
location, and space in the building has been set aside for a new general practice delivering extended
hours and playing a leading role in meeting the primary care needs of the Selwyn district and its
surrounding population. We envisage a range of primary health services will be delivered as part of
the service offerings and we therefore refer to the new service as a Health Centre within the Rolleston
Health Hub.

The Selwyn Council and Te Whatu Ora invites any party which could fit out the space set aside in the
existing building and operate a general practice at the Rolleston Health Hub to register their interest.
