Overview

Te Whatu Ora, Te Tai Tokerau (the Buyer) requires a contractor to undertake construction work for the Radiation Oncology project at Whangarei Hospital.
The project includes a new Radiation Oncology building connected via a bridge to the existing Jim Carney Cancer Centre (JCCC) along with internal refurbishments to the JCCC.
The construction project will commence in January 2024 and is expected to span two years.
The new building consists of three levels and two linear accelerator bunkers with a total built up area of 1844m2.
