Main Contractor for Community Mental Health Facility Fitout and Building Services Upgrade - 50 Grafton Road, Grafton Auckland - 5 x files attached
We seek to procure a Main Contractor with suitable experience in commercial building fit outs, ideally within healthcare or therapy clinic environments.
A particular emphasis will be placed on engagement and relationship with Maori Mental Health Services to ensure the design meets the Te Whatu Ora, Te Tiriti requirements and ensures equity for clients.
The main contractor will be required to construct and oversee the required design including demolition, construction, fit out, commissioning, project closeout, defects and handover.

Construction Completion Due Date is 20 June 2024.
