Procurement Supplier Panel - Building Contractor Services: Te Whatu Ora – Health New Zealand, Te Matau a Māui Hawke’s Bay (Formerly Hawke’s Bay District Health Board)

This RFP relates to the establishment of a panel of building contractors to be engaged as required for specific scoped pieces of work in the Hawke’s Bay District. Successful panel suppliers with a local Hawke’s Bay base, will be engaged to cooperate with us in the realisation of building projects ranging from large scale projects to minor alterations and everything in between at all our Hawke’s Bay healthcare sites.

This RFP is looking for proven building contractors with a strong track record of delivering on time and to a high standard and we would like skilled and experienced contractors to take this opportunity to become part of this panel. We are looking for building contractors with an established local base and the ability to project manage and deliver a variety of complex, non-complex, large and small scale building contracts across the different parts of building services (from large scale projects including new buildings/building extensions, to the replacement of existing pipework and equipment for minor alterations/additions) often simultaneously at the same time in different locations, in a safe and professional manner.
