Te Whatu Ora is seeking a main contractor with live environment experience to deliver this project within an operational area of the Christchurch Hospital Campus.
This Registration of Interest (ROI) is an invitation to suitably qualified and experienced main contractors to register their interest in relation to the reconfiguration of the existing theatres 10 & 11 on level one of the Parkside building on the Christchurch Hospital Campus. This work involves the fit-out of the reconfigured space into a Catheter Lab with an associated upgrade in services. These registrations will be shortlisted by an evaluation panel and those shortlisted main contractors will be invited to respond to a Request for Proposal (RFP).
The project brief will include:
• Working in and around a live environment;
• Light demolition works;
• Builders work;
• Mechanical/Electrical/Hydraulic upgrades.
