This programme’s objective is to upgrade existing Boiler Systems and Heating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) assets at Te Toka Tumai – Auckland City Hospital (ACH).
The intent is to engage with a competent mechanical contractor and foster a collaborative problem-solving culture, early in the programme, in order to resolve key constructability challenges and minimise scope uncertainty in the design phase prior to entering into Construction by means of entering into an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) agreement.
