FUTURE PROCUREMENT OPPORTUNITY - RFQ TO BE ADVERTISED IN MARCH 2026

Hauraki District Council(HDC) wish to appoint a consultant for the professional services that inform and support the reseals works ensuring HDC remains prepared at least one year in advance of its physical works reseals programme and achieves its programme to a quality standard.

A suitably qualified and specialised professional services contractor is required to undertake these works.

The main scope of works include:
• Forward works programming and network performance report.
• Reseals designs.
• Pre-reseal repairs - Identifying, scheduling and monitoring pre-reseal repairs.
• Procurement for a new re-seals contract.
• MSQA and Contract Management of the physical works reseals contract.
• Ensuring Asbuilt and Ramm data collection.
• Annual performance reports on reseals sites.

We will be putting out a Request for Quotation by early-mid March 2026 on GETS.

The contract will be a 3 year term.
