Hauraki District Council(HDC) wish to appoint a consultant for the professional services that inform and support the reseals works ensuring HDC remains prepared at least one year in advance of its physical works reseals programme and achieves its programme to a quality standard.

A suitably qualified and specialised professional services contractor is required to undertake these works.

The main scope of works include:
• Annual site selection and chipseal designs
• Identifying and scheduling pre-reseal repairs.
• Procurement of a new re-seals contract.
• MSQA and Contract Management of the physical works contract.
• Ensuring Asbuilt and RAMM data collection is completed.
• Annual performance reports on reseals sites.
• Hauraki District Council Area Wide Treatment/Rehabilitation seal design review
• Training and mentorship on seal design.

The Proposed Contract that we intend to use for this procurement is the Conditions of Contract for Consultancy Services.
