Overview

Purpose of this Future Procurement Opportunity (FPO)

Council is refreshing and expanding its existing Panel of Suppliers for Large Woody Debris (LWD) Extraction & Treatment. Additional funding has been secured and works will commence as soon as possible. This FPO is intended to notify potential new suppliers who have full delivery capability of the opportunity to be appointed to the Panel and provides a copy of the Master Services Agreement (MSA) that must be signed prior to formal award of any scopes of work.

Council intends to publish the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents this Friday 12th September at 5pm.

Three attachments form part of this FPO:
- 20250908 - Woody Debris Update to sector and contractors: this outlines the changes to the programme and requirements of contractors who wish to be appointed to the Panel
- 202509 - GETS Early Notification of Intention o Commence Large Woody Debris: this is the future procurement opportunity document
- 202509 Master Services Agreement - Woody Debris Gisborne Region: the MSA all Panel members will be required to sign.

All questions should be submitted via GETS, though note that information relating to scope of work packages will be posted on Friday 12th at 5pm.
