The scope includes a 365/24 response to network issues. <br><br>Council intends to include $3 million of capital and renewal projects (within each full financial year) in the scope of work.<br><br>The estimated value of the Contract is approximately $7.6 million per annum, including the $3 million of capital and renewal projects.<br><br>In addition, the Contractor has the opportunity to competitively tender for additional work from Council’s capital works programme that is approximately $15 million per annum. <br><br>An initial contract term of seven years with a right of renewal, subject to performance, of a further three years (maximum contract term ten years) is proposed.<br><br>The Contract commences on the 1 July 2027. A generous mobilisation period has been allowed for in the tender programme. <br><br>The annual contract value, opportunity to competitively tender for additional work from Council’s extensive capital programme, and the contract term make this an attractive proposition. <br><br>Next steps:<br>- Complete and return Appendix 1 – Proposal Acknowledgement Form indicating your intention to submit a Proposal.<br>- Register for a Respondent Site Visit.
