The Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) is seeking tenders for the supply of Lead Reviewers for midterm progress reviews of PGP programmes.

PGP aims to fund, with industry, long-term innovation programmes to increase the market success of the primary sectors.

Each PGP programme is required to undertake a mid-term progress review. The review is to be independent of the Programme Steering Group (PSG), MPI and the industry co-investors for each PGP Programme.

The review is an opportunity to assess:

• progress towards the programme’s stated outcomes
• programme governance
• specific matters raised for the programme that are areas of particular interest

The review will then make recommendations to address any issues uncovered.

Note: This is not financial audit but a review of the overall management of programmes.
