A closed tender is being conducted to 4x suppliers as a part of the Onslow College Redevelopment programme of works.
The outcome sought from this procurement is to appoint a main contractor, for the provision of D&B services to support the redevelopment of 8TS and administrative space.
Refer to the supporting RFP and associated attachments for further information. A tender site visit has been scheduled for 27 November 2025 at 11:00am - please ensure that all attendees are registered via GETS.

This contract was awarded to Watts and Hughes Construction Group Limited and began on 14 January 2026. The term of this contract is until the completion of the of deflects liability period (post construction stage) of the project.
It is intended that the whole of life contract value resulting from this procurement will fall within the $10m-$25m value band.
