The Project background is:
i. Role Growth need has been identified for Somerfield, Sefton, and Hinds School. The buildings we have identified as suitable for the project is the UC Relocs that are currently situated at Russley Primary School, this project will be run in line with each other, which means one Ext PM, one Quantity Surveyor and One Main Contractor as a design and build procurement. The UC Relocs identified for each school are in good condition and will just require a lift and shift and then a full reconfiguration on the inside to suit the schools needs from the project scoping document. The Project scoping document gives what each school is entitled too I;e how many Teaching spaces if toilets are required, if a breakout space is required and also what previous investigations have been completed I;e Geo, Topography, ICT, Indicative locations agreed upon from the MoE and the School.
ii. Project Completion dates are February 2026
