As previously notified via direct email the department is seeking services to cover the following.
The Integrated Offender Management System (IOMS) at Corrections provides the digital backbone for a range of business-critical services. This platform integrates with a broad range of stand-alone digital applications that make up the wider IOMS ecosystem. Corrections is undertaking an assessment of IOMS to better understand options to stabilise the current platform, with the view of developing medium-term options to ensure IOMS continues to deliver reliable and performant services.
This will commence with a deep technical inspection of the technical architecture, tooling and business usage of the IOMS ecosystem, including its function, systems integrations, data storage and data transformation.
It’s envisaged the outputs from this inspection will surface relevant data on the use of technologies within the IOMS ecosystem, the processes and tasks that are undertaken by the business and how these elements interact.
This assessment requires the procurement of specialist vendor services to perform the initial stage of the investigation.
Based on an initial market scan conducted by Corrections, your organisation has been identified as a potential candidate with the requisite tools and services to meet our requirements for this technical inspection.
