The Board of Trustees for Balaclava School are seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced main contractor to deliver the proposed Block 1 Upgrades. The proposed work is primarily internal modernisation of the teaching and breakout spaces, however some roofing, cladding and window replacements are also included in the scope.
