Replace the existing single glazed windows with new double glazed thermally broken windows in Block 23. This will greatly assist with temperature control and comfort levels. Along with the windows Improvements will be made to the interior lighting and flooring. Other minor interior upgrades will be completed if budget allows. Block 8 will have its current leaking roof issues resolved along with new lighting, carpet and repairs to water damaged sections of roof
