The Department is seeking to engage professional services suppliers to support its client-side team in the delivery of the Christchurch Men’s Prison Redevelopment Programme (the ‘Programme’) and specifically the development of appropriate financing models, such as the staged PPP construction activities at that site as part of the Department’s planned capacity uplift activities.

We are looking for a suitably experienced Respondent, that can provide the full suite of required Commercial and Financial Services and become an integral part of the Programme team to help deliver our objectives.
