Offsite Manufactured Buildings (OMB) are currently being built for the ministry by a panel of suppliers. The rate of construction has significantly increased highlighting the need for a dedicated delivery team to ensure the buildings are delivered within appropriate time frames and cost.

To meet the demand for delivery an additional external delivery manager is required to be engaged, for a term of up to 18 months, responsible for programme delivery within the Offsite Manufactured Buildings programme team.

The Ministry is open to flexible hours on availability of the right candidate.
