Overview
Dunedin City Council are looking for a suitably experienced main contractors to carry out the following work on our building at 54 Moray Place.
• Fire separations and fire doors.
• Passive fire protection and remedial work to existing penetrations.
• Emergency evacuation lighting.
• Accessibility upgrade.
• Working alongside and coordinating with the nominated fire alarm contractor to ensure a collaborative and successful conclusion.
