Overview
1. The Department of Corrections is inviting Registrations of Interest (ROI) from suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers to provide a “turn key” leasehold solution (representing a value for money and fit for purpose option) for the purposes of accommodating Community Corrections staff and facilities for the delivery of Corrections Services to the Waitakere community in line with the Departments standards, guidelines and strategic goals.
2. The Department is sourcing a suitable site and building within Henderson, Auckland of approximately 2,000m2 building size and an approximate total of 2,900m2 land size in-line with the Department’s accommodation requirements (see Appendix A).
3. The Department is seeking ROI’s for the purpose of:
• Identifying Suppliers interested in and capable of delivering against the requirements; and/or
• Identifying potential options, methods and solutions with a view to identifying a preferred solution.
4. As the result of this ROI, the Department may:
• Prepare a shortlist of suppliers to be invited to respond to a closed tender via a Request for Proposal (RFP) process; and/or
• Conclude the process without proceeding to the RFP phase or without awarding any contract. This ROI is a non-price document and pricing information must not be included anywhere within your response.
