Responses are sought, by the Chief Executive of the Department of Corrections (the Department), under this Registration of Interest (ROI), for a main contractor for the Auckland Regional Women’s Corrections Facility (ARWCF) Enhancements Project.
The Department requires a main contractor to provide construction services to deliver the project.
It is the intention of this ROI to:
1. Capture information required to enable the Department to evaluate responder’s suitability as potential suppliers.
2. Establish if responders have the capability and capacity to deliver the services.
3. Create a shortlist of potential suppliers (based on suitability, capability and capacity) who would be invited to participate in a closed Request for Tender (RFT).
4. Provide information for the development of the next stage of the procurement process.
5. A shortlist of four respondents will be invited to respond to a RFT.
