The Department of Corrections (the Department) is seeking to procure one main Contractor to oversee and facilitate the delivery of approximately 9 Annexes at 4 nominated sites. The initial project is to build two Annexes simultaneously at Tongariro. This main Contractor will either be able to self-deliver the Annexes or bring with them a modern method of construction (MMC) offsite manufacturing (OM) prefabrication partner.

The remainder of the RFP Appendixes relating to RFx 34159312 are attached to this GETS notice available to verified Pre-qualified Suppliers only.
NOTE that there is one outstanding document in Appendix 7 that is too large to upload as is. This will be provided ASAP so as not to delay the provision of the remainder of the documents.
