This the third and final RFP as detailed in the Registration of Interest (ROI), the Department of Corrections (Buyer) has an intent to undertake three capital funded projects to be constructed at Auckland Region Women’s Correction Facility (ARWCF), Wiri, Auckland, and over the period 2024 to 2027.

Each project is being treated individually and this RFP solely relates to works for the ARWCF – Pae Ora Hub Project, formally known as the ARWCF - Intervention and Support Practice Team Project.

Please note internal funding has not been fully finalised for this project. The Construction Funding Memo will be before the July 2026 round of Governance boards and the outcome to be communicated.
