This is an invitation to suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Rangiora Unit Cells, Showers, and Other Minor Refurbishments and Kitchen to Laundry Conversion Main Contractor Project. The Project comprises the refurbishment of a standard Hut unit at the Auckland Women’s Regional Correctional Facility (AWRCF) Waikato Hub, located at Rangiora Unit, Waikeria Prison, in the Waikato region of New Zealand.


Please note: Respondents are required to register for the site visit by emailing assetmanagementprocurement@corrections.govt.nz no later than 2pm, Wednesday, 13 May 2026. In your email, please provide full names, titles and contact details of individuals and the following:

Completed MOJ forms for all individuals (refer to Appendix N)
Completed Device Form for camera (refer to Appendix O). Approved forms will need to be printed and carried with device on site. Devices to be limited to one per contractor.


Date and time of Site Visit

Respondents are to meet at 12.15pm, on Wednesday, 20 May 2026, at FM1 Waikeria Road, Waikeria, Te Awamutu, 3874 for sign-in and induction.
