This is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Tongariro Prison Main Contactor Refurbishment and New Office Project. Tongariro prison is a low/medium security prison in the central North Island.

We are seeking a solution that would address the ongoing capacity challenge by successfully managing the conversion of office space to selfcare accommodation, alongside the construction of a new office building outside of the wire for the Department's Facilities Management Contractor.

The date and time of the site visit will be confirmed on GETS in due course.

Attendee Limit: Maximum of 4 individuals per supplier.

Bring valid photo ID and any required documentation.

c. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Mandatory PPE include:
Hi-vis vest (not orange – not allowed)
Safety boots
PPE must be worn at all times on site.
