Following the ROI released 01/12/2025, this Request for Proposal (RFP) invites suppliers to submit a Proposal for the role of Main Contractor (the ‘Main Contractor’) to deliver the brownfield ancillary service upgrades at Hawke’s Bay Regional Prison for the Accelerated Capacity Project, as specified in the attached design appendices. These upgrades are essential to maintaining the ongoing safe and secure functioning of the Prison.

The Ancillary Works – Brownfields in scope works relate to:
• Kitchen Building
• Intervention and Support Unit (ISU)
• Health Facility
• Audio-Visual Link Facility (AVL)
