This the second RFP as detailed in the Registration of Interest (ROI), the Department of Corrections has an intent to undertake three capital funded projects to be constructed at Auckland Region Women’s Correction Facility (ARWCF), Wiri, Auckland, and over the period 2024 to 2027. Each project is being treated individually and this RFP solely relates to works for the ARWCF – Gatehouse Project.

Please note internal funding has not been fully finalised for this project. We expect this to be confirmed at the end of the month and will release an NTT with confirmation of this. If the funding is not approved we will also release an NTT to state the next steps.
