The Ministry of Justice (MOJ) and Ara Poutama Aotearoa – Department of Corrections (the Agencies) would like to inform providers of a joint procurement opportunity for the following family violence related service; Non-violence Programmes for Perpetrators of Family Violence (NVP).
The Agencies are looking for providers who have the capability, experience and infrastructure to deliver family violence programmes for perpetrators of violence. Providers will need to have a good track record in the management and implementation of family harm or similar community-based programmes. It is also expected that the providers will have effective networks and strong socio-cultural relationships within their local community.

Both Agencies have released a Future Procurement Opportunity. Additionally, the Ministry of Justice has released a FPO for Safety Programmes for adults and children and the Strengthening Safety Service. We recommend interested providers subscribe to all of the GETS FPOs; RFX Id 32677397 (this FPO), and 31678983 (MOJ NVP) and 32661785 (MOJ Safety programmes for adults and children and the Strengthening Safety Service).
We expect to release further information regarding the projects in late 2025.
