Corrections is initiating a discovery phase to assess the extent of change to HR processes, employee experience, data, and system integration that would be required in order to upgrade its current SAP HR modules to SAP SuccessFactors, and the relative benefits of doing so.
Corrections will be seeking professional advisory services to conduct a comprehensive review of current HR operations and assess the technical and business change impacts of adopting SuccessFactors in a fit-to-standard manner.
It is expected this RFP will be released early to mid October 2025.
