Please note with interest that the expected delivery date for construction is late 2026. Also note the preconditions and comments about funding approvals.

The speed of the programme requires an appropriately experienced team (engaged via a single contracting entity) comprising, at a minimum, a main works contractor, architect and multi-disciplinary engineering firm(s).
Respondents must:
 Be experienced in delivering multiple ‘$50 million plus’ projects across multiple geographies under a contract model as proposed above.
 Be capable of providing a detailed delivery methodology setting out how they will achieve the design and construction programme.
 Have a proven record of client collaboration and solution-based (as opposed to claims-based) approaches to programme success.
 Have demonstrable experience in delivery of design and construction projects of a similar or larger size and complexity within an operational prison, or similar security sensitive 24/7 institutional facility, environment.
