Overview
This procurement relates to the purchase of professional consultancy services (Cost Consultancy) for the Housing on Corrections Land Programme – Multiple Sites. This procurement covers almost the full project lifecycle (feasibilities studies have been completed for one site), from the developed and detailed design, submission of consents, tendering and construction, and includes the project close out phase i.e., defects liability period and the preparation of final accounts.
