New Zealand has the highest use of Electronic Monitoring per capita globally. The Department of Corrections | Ara Poutama Aotearoa (Ara Poutama Aotearoa) uses Electronic Monitoring to support the rehabilitation and reintegration of the people it manages and monitors. Electronic Monitoring is a significant part of Ara Poutama Aotearoa’s goal to reduce re-offending. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a major Electronic Monitoring initiative and help facilitate better outcomes for the people under the management of Ara Poutama Aotearoa.

This Call for Registrations of Interest (ROI) specifically relates to the delivery of National Electronic Monitoring Field Services, within New Zealand, which has a core focus on the compliance activities related to 24/7 response and associated services.
