The Department of Corrections (“the Department”) is in the market to purchase a comprehensive range of Infrastructure and Technology Operations (ITO) services intended to be grouped into four service towers.

The current ITO services contract (for the provision of telecommunications, information technology production support and infrastructure management services) was established in June 2010 via an open tender process. The Department anticipates the current contract running through to 31 August 2022.

The Department plans to execute fit for purpose contract(s) with a seamless transition to either one or more Managed Service Provider(s) and Specialist Service Provider(s) who will be responsible for delivering ITO services over the anticipated 8 year term of the contract (which includes any extensions by the Department).

This is a multi-stage procurement process with this closed market Request for Proposal (RFP) the second stage of the two stage process and is open only to the shortlisted Respondents to the previous ROI.

Due to the RFP requirements structure (bespoke response forms per Service tower etc) all documents will be sent directly to the shortlisted ROI respondents and not loaded here on GETS.
