This RFT relates to the purchase of a Main Contractor for the construction work of HBRP Staff Facilities project (Main Construction Contract).

The Department requires a single Main Contractor to form, retain and manage a team of construction specialists, trade contractors and suppliers. The Main Contractor will be required to employ construction planning, programming and safety management expertise to ensure that the construction works are delivered to a high standard, safely, on time and within budget.
