The purpose of this Notice is to provide advance notification to the market of the Department of Corrections intention to release a Request for Tender (RFT) for the supply of bulk Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).

The Department is seeking a supplier/s for its large capacity above the ground LPG tanks located at:
1. Northland Region Corrections Facility (NRCF)
2. Spring Hill Corrections Facility (SHCF)
3. Christchurch Men’s Prison (CMP)
4. Otago Corrections Facility (OCF)

The RFT is intended to be released via the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS) in mid-October 2017.

Suppliers who are interested in being part of the proposed RFT process should ensure that they are registered to receive GETS notifications for the applicable RFx Categories.

Spring Hill Correctional Facility Site Visit:
Potential Respondents to the tender who will be providing a response for Spring Hill Correctional Facility will be required to attend a Supplier Briefing and site visit on 16th October 2017. The site visit will be held at Spring Hill Correctional Facility, Hampton Downs Road, Te Kauwhata, 1pm-3pm.
