The purpose of this Notice is to provide advance notification to the market of the Department of Corrections’ intention to release a Registrations of Interest (ROI) for the supply of Construction Services for the Manurewa Community Corrections Site (CCS) Upgrade Project.

The Department is seeking a construction services provider for the proposed internal refurbishment of the Department owned building at 20 Beatty Avenue, Manurewa.

The ROI is intended to be released via the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS) in June 2017.
