The Department of Corrections has a T3 Plumbing workshop at Spring Hill Corrections Facility that provides a training opportunity for offenders to learn the basic skills required to enable offenders to enter into plumbing apprenticeships on their release from prison. The Department requires a supplier to deliver plumbing products and materials to enable the Department to deliver the training course.
